I love to read.  It’s been one of my favorite pastimes since I was a child.  Reading is a great distraction especially for folks with chronic pain. You need something to take your mind off of it. I’m going to share the books I’ve read on this blog from time to time as I know there must be other readers out there reading this blog.

In September, I found out that my local library added Overdrive ebook lending.  Since I can’t go to the library, I can have the library come to me.

It’s like a whole new world has opened up for me and my Nook.  I’ve already added about 50 ebooks to my reading list.  Not like I need any more books.  I already have about 600 on my Nook that I’ve gotten through free offers.  But, hey, a reader can never have too many books.

These are the books I read in October:

Have you read any of these? What books have you enjoyed recently?
